I. Hardware Renovation
Hall or photoelectric sensors are installed at the key parts of the traditional water meter to collect data. Transmission modules such as NB-IoT, LoRa or 4G are installed to upload data. A microprocessor is introduced as the control unit to achieve data processing and valve control, and it is equipped with battery or external power supply.
Ii. Software System Construction
Build a cloud computing data management platform to achieve data reception, storage, analysis and visualization, and have the functions of user, device and permission management; Develop mobile apps or web applications to facilitate users in viewing water usage data, making payments and reporting repairs.
Iii. System Integration and Debugging
Integrate the hardware and software systems and debug the interfaces to ensure normal communication; Comprehensively test the functions of data acquisition, transmission and valve control, optimize the system based on the results, and establish a long-term operation monitoring mechanism.
